AFS announces a new project in partnership with AFS corporate member Renaissance Services. This 12-month project for piloting the “Rapid Cast Parts – Center of Excellence” (RCP-COE) focuses on accelerating government end-user casting delivery.

At the 2025 CastExpo in Atlanta, five distinguished leaders will be honored by the American Foundry Society (AFS) for their outstanding contributions to the metalcasting industry. The Peter L. Simpson Gold Medal and William H.
