Technical Director - EHS (Hybrid or Remote Position)
This role involves providing strategic and operational leadership in environmental health and safety (EHS) within the metalcasting industry, acting as a key resource for best practices and innovation. Responsibilities include supporting AFS technical committees, planning conferences and workshops, and staying informed on industry trends to serve as a trusted advisor.
The role also requires creating technical content, delivering presentations at industry events, and overseeing editorial quality for AFS publications. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred), with 5–7 years of relevant experience and knowledge of metalcasting, EHS, or ferrous materials.
