  • Second-generation Caldwell foundry finds niche with chrome farm tools

    R & H Machine is an exhibitor at the "Made Here" event on Oct. 16. As part of Manufacturing Month, R & H will host tours of its foundry and facility. The American Foundry Society, an Illinois organization dedicated to promoting foundries across the U.S., is encouraging foundries to open their doors for tours. 

  • 2nd Carl Loper Cast Iron Symposium will gather industry and academic professionals to share latest advances on foundry technologies

    Taking advantage of the 10th anniversary of the 1st Carl Loper Symposium, held in Madison (Wisconsin, USA), a 2nd edition of this outstanding technical event will be held, this time in Europe. Organized by the IK4-AZTERLAN Metallurgy Research Centre (Spain), the American Foundry Society (USA), the World Foundry Organization and the Tabira Foundry Institute (Spain), the 2nd Carl Loper Symposium will take place in Bilbao, Spain, on September 30th and October 1st.
