Leading Edge Coaching & Development is returning to Metalcasting Congress this year for "Creating a Culture of Respect Through Feedback," an interactive course that blends Leading Edge's trademark improvisational comedy with real-life guidance. The course will teach you to support a thriving workplace through your ability to deliver and receive feedback, and how to diffuse triggers before they impact your credibility, reputation, and workplace.
