Learn and laugh at this Metalcasting Congress course on workplace climate

We all have a stake in developing a culture of respect and safety for employees. You can learn ways to create an enjoyable work climate – and have a laugh along the way – at a course offered by the AFS Institute at the 122nd Metalcasting Congress April 3-5 in Fort Worth, Texas.

Leading Edge Coaching & Development is returning to Metalcasting Congress this year for "Creating a Culture of Respect Through Feedback," an interactive course that blends Leading Edge's trademark improvisational comedy with real-life guidance. The course will teach you to support a thriving workplace through your ability to deliver and receive feedback, and how to diffuse triggers before they impact your credibility, reputation, and workplace.

"Creating a Culture of Respect Through Feedback," led by Cindy Maher and Jamie Guite, will take place from 8-10:15 a.m. April 5 in Room 203A at the Fort Worth Convention Center. The course is included with Education & Exhibits registration. To register for Metalcasting Congress, please click here.

The American Foundry Society is a dynamic technical and advocacy organization that serves and represents the $33 billion metalcasting industry. AFS is the only association serving the entire industry, including all metals and processes, with a three-part focus on advocacy, education, and innovation.

AFS also publishes Modern Casting and Metal Casting Design & Purchasing magazines and presents Metalcasting Congress and CastExpo, the largest metalcasting trade events in North America. Founded in 1896, the organization is based in Schaumburg, Illinois, with an advocacy office in Washington, D.C. More information is available at afsinc.org.
