AFS Issues Call for Presentations for Additive Manufacturing Conference

The American Foundry Society is seeking presentations for the 2023 AFS Additive Manufacturing Conference, Nov. 7-8, 2023, in Dearborn, Michigan.

This conference will cover all areas of additive manufacturing/3D printing for metalcasting applications. Presentation topics may include, but are not limited to:

  • 3D printed molds and cores
  • 3D printed hard tooling
  • 3D printed expendable patterns
  • Additive manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Consumables for additive manufacturing
  • Design and modeling principles
  • EHS considerations for additive manufacturing
  • Case studies of successful integrations of additive manufacturing into foundry processes
  • Economics of additive manufacturing implementations into foundries
