The premier Foundry e-Learning program for metalcasters has just been upgraded with the latest in intuitive technology.
The AFS Institute recently relaunched its e-Learning platform with Absorb, a leading learning management system (LMS) that offers user-friendly navigation, up-to-the-minute progress tracking, and other key improvements for students and workplace supervisors. Using Absorb, program administrators can even run their own user history progress reports, a top request from subscribers.
Foundry e-Learning offers employers a flexible, web-based solution to elevate the learning experience for foundry workforce development and continuing education. Modules (110 in total) cover nearly every alloy and process, and subject material ranges from metalcasting basics to highly advanced technical topics. Many modules are available in Spanish, too.
Foundry e-Learning modules are sold individually or by subscription, and current AFS members receive discounted pricing.
