The International Journal of Metalcasting, the American Foundry Society’s technical and research publication, released its 50th issue this month.
IJMC is a peer-reviewed quarterly journal that publishes the latest advancements in metalcasting research and technology. It is the official research journal of the World Foundry Organization. With an international audience of scientific and technical leaders in metalcasting, IJMC leads the way in the transfer of research and technology for the global foundry industry.
"This issue continues to showcase the outstanding research and technical advancements in a cited journal by one of the most highly regarded publishers, Springer-Nature," said editor-in-chief Thomas Prucha. "This 50th issue also recognizes the hard work of our community of volunteer reviewers and also the AFS professional staff to maintain the highest quality."
