Institute Holding Metalcasting Courses Across the U.S.

The AFS Institute is hitting the road, working with chapters to offer more courses in regions all over the U.S.!

On Jan. 8-9, Gating & Riser Design 101 will be held in Birmingham, Alabama. Improving the Effectiveness of Visual Inspection then visits Birmingham on Jan. 15-16. Birmingham gets another Institute course on Feb. 26-27, when Iron Melting 201 is held.

AFS Corporate Member Humtown Products (Leetonia, Ohio) will be the site for the Jan. 15-16 Design and Optimization for 3D Sand Printing course.

On Jan. 29-30, Green Sand Molding 201 comes to Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Gating & Riser Design 101 is set for Feb. 5-6 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, before another session of Improving the Effectiveness of Visual Inspection heads to Charlotte, North Carolina (Feb. 12-13).

By the end of February, Institute courses will be hosted in Alabama, Ohio, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Illinois (at AFS HQ in Schaumburg).
