Registration is open for the American Foundry Society’s (AFS) 121st Metalcasting Congress held April 25-27 at the Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee.
The Metalcasting Congress is the largest annual North American industry show, where authors and presenters reveal the latest developments in casting industry research and production case studies. The show also features an exhibit floor with booths from suppliers to the industry and a special section called Cast In North America. Geared to casting designers and buyers, Cast in North America features North American casting suppliers who are on hand to share their casting capabilities.

This year’s Congress features Keynote Speaker Harry Moser. Moser is the founder of the Reshoring Initiative, established to bring back manufacturing jobs from overseas. He participated actively in President Obama’s Jan. 11, 2012, Insourcing Forum at the White House, won The Economist debate on outsourcing and offshoring, and received the Manufacturing Leadership Council’s Industry Advocacy Award in 2014. He has experience in manufacturing and metalcasting.
