Metalcasting Congress 2024 Sponsorships

Casting Source Theater Sponsor
Become an official sponsor of the Casting Source Theater, which will host the Buyers & Designers education track. Your company logo will be placed prominently in the theater and be included in all related marketing materials promoting these sessions to OEMs and other casting end-users. Only available to Cast in North America exhibitors.

Coffee Station by Registration and AFS Technical Sessions
The entryway for the Metalcasting Congress registration area and the AFS Technical Sessions will be bustling. Have your company logo be one of the first attendees see as they begin their experience at Metalcasting Congress by sponsoring this highly visible coffee station. Signage will be visible with your company logo and booth number and a literature rack for you to provide a company brochure from 7:30 – 10:30 a.m. on all three days of Metalcasting Congress (April 23 - 25). You will also receive logo visibility in the Metalcasting Congress Show Guide, emails promoting this coffee station, and an exhibit hall announcement with your company name. 

The Hub Coffee Station
Attendees will enjoy a cup of coffee in The Hub from 9 – 11 a.m. on both exhibit days (April 24 - 25). On-site signage in this area with your company name will be visible for attendees to see while they take a coffee break.

The Hub Putting Green
The Hub is the heart of Metalcasting Congress located in the middle of the exhibit floor. Attendees will enjoy new features in The Hub, including the opportunity to try their hands at a putting green. Sponsorship of this area will include signage, branding opportunities and the option to provide a company brochure displayed on a literature stand for the entire time the event is open.

The Hub Powered Table Sponsorship
Sponsor will have their four-color branding on a tabletop powered table (72.25”x 26.25”) with chairs located in the The Hub for the duration of the event. Attendees will use this area to review the Metalcasting Congress Show Guide, network, work on their laptops, or take a quick break while charging their cell phones.

Metalcasting Congress Exhibit Floor Reception
Gain visibility as industry attendees and exhibitors mingle and network at the Metalcasting Congress Exhibit Floor Reception. There will be multiple bars and food stations strategically placed throughout the exhibit hall from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24th. Your company logo with booth number and QR code will be visible during show hours that day on approximately four dedicated meterboards and on signage at each food and bar station during the reception (approximately 12 stations). You will also receive logo visibility in the Metalcasting Congress Show Guide, emails promoting this Exhibit Floor Reception, and an exhibit hall announcement with your company name.

Metalcasting Congress Lanyard Sponsorship
Have your logo visible to every Metalcasting Congress attendee as they walk the exhibit floor by sponsoring the badge lanyard. These lanyards allow for multiple logo imprint areas around the neck ribbon. Your logo will be in nearly every photo taken at the event, which means it will be visible on websites and social media, in future promotions, and anywhere pictures from Metalcasting Congress 2024 are featured. Lanyards are the first things attendees and exhibitors will see when they arrive and will keep with them for the duration of the event and beyond.

Sponsored Presentation in the Casting Source Theater
Present and persuade attendees as an official session listed in the agenda for the Casting Source Theater. If you have something new, innovative, and groundbreaking to share with the industry, you can do so in one of these sponsored sessions, mixed in with regular AFS programming. All sessions are a firm 25 minutes in length. Session time spots are reserved with full payment. Spots are limited and any Sponsored Presentations submitted after Feb. 16, 2024, will not be included in the on-site Show Guide.

WiFi Sponsorship
Sponsor will have the opportunity to customize the network name and password for WiFi in the Metalcasting Congress exhibit hall for both exhibit days (April 24 - 25) as well as having your logo on the WiFi splash page. Slides branded with your logo, featuring wifi information, will be displayed before each technical session and keynote speaker presentation. Printed handouts with your logo including wifi information will also be available in high traffic areas.

Women in Metalcasting Breakfast Sponsor
Be a sponsor of the Women in Metalcasting Breakfast. Sponsorship includes logo on all materials related to the breakfast.
