Cancellation/Substitution Policy

  • Cancellations must be received in writing by March 31, 2022. Refunds on registration fees will be subject to a $25 administration fee. Refunds on Special Event tickets will not be subject to the administration fee but must also be in received writing by March 31, 2022. There will be NO REFUNDS after March 31, 2022. Substitutions will be accepted at any time. Send cancellation requests to registration@castexpo.com or via fax to 847-824-7848.

     

Show Policy

  • No badges or tickets will be mailed. Please bring this confirmation to the registration area outside the exhibit hall to print your badge and any special event tickets you have purchased. 
  • No one under the age of 16 is permitted on the exhibit floor at any time. 
  • No photography is allowed of the exhibits.
